It is a very famous Chinese Noodle Dish which is a Perfect Combination of Vegetables and Chicken. It is both Healthy and Delicious. Chicken Chow Mein is one of the most Well-known Chinese Dishes.
INGREDIENTS

04. Spring Onion
05. Green / Red Capsicum
06. Black Pepper
07. Chili Sauce
08. Tomato Sauce
09. Soy Sauce
10. Salt
11. Garlic & Ginger Paste
12. Eggs (Optional)
13. Cooking Oil
14. Water
: 1 KG
: 1/2 KG
: 3 (Thinly Sliced)
: 1/2 Bundle
: 1 (Thinly Sliced)
: 3 TSP , OR (Up to Taste)
: 1/4 Cup , OR (Up to Taste)
: 1/4 Cup , OR (Up to Taste)
: 1/4 Cup , OR (Up to Taste)

: As Required
PROCEDURE
- To boil the Chicken, take a Saucepan and add 4 cups of water in it. Then add Ginger and Garlic paste in water. After that, add the Chicken when water starts to boil.
- Check after Every 10 minutes to see if Chicken is properly cooked or not.
- To boil the Spaghetti, add 9 cups of water in another saucepan and let the water boil. As it starts to boil, add Spaghetti with salt and oil and make sure they don’t stick together.
- Now take a Large pan and add Vegetables, Spaghetti and Chicken into it.
- Add black pepper, chili sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce and mix them thoroughly until all items are mixed completely.
- You can also add some Eggs in it for better taste. To do this, take some Eggs and whisk them together.
- Now fry them and spread over the dish in pieces.
- Your Delicious Dish is Ready to Serve.
IMPORTANT TIPS
- Don’t forget to add some Oil in Boiling water so that Spaghetti wont stick together.
- Make sure that the Chicken is appropriately cooked by checking its Color to be Brownish.
- Don’t overcook the Vegetables. You need to keep them lightly cooked.
